thnx for this information, i’m also lost in update-ideas. USB-stick, FAT32, NTFS, older update tried but nothing helped to update my ue40b7020. i’ll give a reply this evening if this solution works for me!

Hi,

thanks,this worked for me,but strange that this is nessesary because the tv is connected to the internet and should upgrade it self.My blu-ray player does (also Samsun)
